1. Put suspected items (i.e., include foods, food stuffs, vegetables and fluids, meat stuffs, cosmetic agents, clothes, toys, construction materials, etc.) into metal sink / tank/ container (as it is shown in Figure 1, for those kitchens equipped with two metal sinks, side by side). Make sure that all items are fully in contact with the metal sink's surface. Fill a 500ml container with water and place it in the sink/ tank/ container with the items. Then, turn on the light of the Protector (Probe) either in continuous mode or directed the light towards the sink's metal wall for 10-12 minutes. 15 min for items that have large volume (like watermelons or pineapple etc. ) Throw away the water after use.

2. Those persons who are particularly sensitive may want to consider using the energy protector on foods that you consume at restaurant s or outside functions. If no metal container is available a piece of foil can serve the same purpose, just place the food on the foil. shown in Figure 2,

3. Isolated spaces such as refrigerators (Figure 3), storeroom, small rooms like the bathroom (Figure 5) or bedrooms may also be treated with the energy protector.
