請來電預約，恕不接受現場掛號，造成不便煩請見諒。凡更正或取消預約者務必提前24小時通知，否則恕不再為您安排下次服務。
Please call to make an appointment. On-site registration is not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Any correction or cancellation of an appointment must be notified 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will not arrange the next service for you.

建議每次應診、或回診時，務必攜帶您使用的牙刷來配合應診.

It is recommended that you bring the toothbrush you use every time you go to the clinic or return for a follow-up visit.

收費: 面對面(初診: $60/復診: $45); 遠程: 透過牙刷等 (初診:$30/復診: $20). 約診後2次沒有出現者恕不服務. 收到通知後煩請回覆(626) 617-2279.
